The Up Spiral
What did you learn? What is the next step?
The next step in the wellness journey is what I call the Up Spiral. In the arena of personal growth, missing the mark is an opportunity to learn about yourself rather than a 'failure'. At the end of each week, ask yourself the following: Did you complete your action steps for the week? If not, what came between you and your goal/s? Are there resources that you need that you weren't aware of? If you face the same obstacles next week, how would you like to respond? What are your action steps for the coming week? What is your WHY? Write down the answers to the questions and keep them nearby as you go through the upcoming week. Repeat step #5 at the end of each week for 8 weeks, keeping track of what you've learned and accomplished!
