Single Leg Squat with Spinal Rotation
How to complete a single leg squat with spinal rotation:

Place weight on foot and slightly lift left foot (also can keep toe down)
Bring hands to chest with palms together.
Sit back into a mini-squat, maintaining neutral spine.
Rotate spine R, ensuring head and shoulders follow, then rotate spine L.
Complete 5-10 reps.
Switch legs and repeat on other leg.
Ramp it up? Extend arms foward, parallel to floor. Ramp it down? Stand upright on one leg instead of squatting when rotating.
