Group Coaching
Economical, supportive, and inspiring, group coaching is proof of power in numbers. Group coaching is perfect for you if you thrive in the company of others and draw strength from sharing your successes and challenges with like-minded people going through the same experience. The coaching agenda is determined by participants, with goal setting and accountability facilitated by the coach.
One-on-One Wellness Coaching
Powerful and focused, you have my undivided attention. Individual coaching is perfect for you if you have a lot of ground you want to cover, need help identifying priorities and goals, or have a specific issue or roadblock you want to address. One-on-one coaching is also great if working in a group feels a bit intimidating. Six, 12, and 24-week programs are available.

Inspiring audiences around wellness and personal development is one of my favorite things to do. I am fortunate that I get to do it often!
