Atara Weisberger is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Cancer Recovery Specialist, and health educator with over two decades of experience coaching individuals and families to vibrant health. Atara specializes in coaching clients who are looking to explore lifestyle change as medicine as well as clients looking to improve their overall sense of wellbeing through diet, exercise, and mindfulness.
Atara teaches nationally and internationally on a range of wellness topics and is the facilitator of Wellness in the Face of Illness, a workshop for the Cancer Support Community at Holy Name Medical Center in New Jersey. In addition to coaching, Atara is a lifelong athlete, marathon runner, whole foods chef, outdoorswoman, and mother of three. Atara received her coaching training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, holds a Master's degree from Indiana University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Atara currently lives in northern New Jersey but is a proud Minnesota native.
